What support is provided as standard?

Our service is defined as "Self Managed" which means tasks in the running your virtual server such as the Operating System Management, User Management, Software and Services are your responsibility. We do not take any proactive measures in its operations as standard.

However, we do believe in helping our customers when needed and we have on-hand a fantastic support team. If you ever require any assistance with your server please open a support ticket.
